Called 5 times in a row, at 6 pm and then another 3 times at 7!! Luckily T-Mobile Spam Blocker blocked them, but that many calls.is harassment!

I got this call, since it said Cigna on caller ID, I called it back, thinking it might be about my insurance. Sorry to say, got answering machine, left my name and number. I didn't know it was a scam call.
Caller ID indicated "Honda Fin Svcs" called but didn't leave a message. I recently financed a Honda, so I called back and a robot claimed to be a survey company blah blah and if I wanted my number removed I should leave a message telling them. Added the number to Smart Caller Block.
Called and left no message. Identified as potential spam. so blocked and reported
