calling every hour or two, one voicemail saying account will be debited for computer services, when i do answer on the many other occasions they call, it is silence.
Threaten to charge account for $399.99 for computer services. Press 1 for auto renew or 2 to talk to rep.
They give no company name, just say your account will be debited for $399 for two years of computer services. When you go to a live operator, amazingly they actually pick up, they said they are Best Buy and your computer services will be charged to your account tomorrow. They want you to log into their site to cancel the services. I've never purchased a computer from Best Buy and haven't even shopped there in years. Total fraud.
Refused to state purpose of call or company name. Kept saying I needed to confirm my address and social security number first to verify my identity.
