They said that I was to be summonds when they called my work and threatened me. Asked me if my last four were#### and it was NOT. Hopefully that is the end of it. I did tell them not to call me at my job again that I would loose my job.
I actually returned the call and was notified that I was about to be sued by one of my older creditors because I moved they couldnt locate me smh..I cant afford to be in court but they were able to offer me an arrangement
I received an automated call this morning asking me to call back when I did I was notified that I was being sued by Aarons and they were able to contact Aarons with me being on the phone to verify. Please be aware that you can be pursued legally for merchandise if it is not paid for or returned it will be considered stolen!!!
Caller states they are with First Southern Financial Law Office and that you have a summons to court with court date that needs to be resolved.
