These people kept calling and leaving attitude on my voicemail for someone who isn't even me. I called to let them know that and the dumb girl who answered had an attitude right off the bat. Didn't ask for the "reference" number, name or anything. I said y'all keep calling this number looking for someone that's not me. She said "okay" and hung up. Like what!? got me heated, ignore these people.

IGNORANT people. Automated operator keep calling looking for someone named Sheila Moore. I've called the number & asked that my number be removed because I'M NOT SHEILA!! Ignorant rep said "Don't talk to me like I'm your child" and then told me "I don't know what to tell you, there's no one else I can talk to about this" and hung up on me. Next time, I have an air horn waiting.
Spam. Left message saying my student loan has qualified for the forgiveness program. I've never had a student loan so total spam. Has called several times. Always different numbers but leaves the same message.
