This happens every time I call the Business Credit Card line. EVERY time. The calls come to my cell phone, which drives me crazy. Bank of America "doesn't know anything about it". I absolutely LOATH BOA, they are the worst.
Every time I call Bank of America, I hear a ring, then a click, and finally a different ringing altogether, At the same time, a different number than the one I called to shows up on the screen of my phone. This time it was from 470-893-1494 and all it said was Atlanta, GA. I hang up every time (in case my call is been redirected to scammers, hackers and the like). I have notified Bank of America several times; they had told me to address it with my phone company, which then tells me that it has to do with Bank of America. It stopped for a little while, but now it is back in action. I CANNOT stand it, let alone Bank of America overlooking it :/ :(
