Got a call and voice message left from Lori from Yelp. I think she is the 20th rep assigned to me over the years. I didn't give her a chance to speak. I called her back and told her unless she removes the one fraudulent review on my profile and stops hiding my reviews (they switch out the hidden with the shown), I have nothing to say. She asked if she could reply and I said no and hung up. IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT SALES WITH THEM.

Lorrie Kennedy from Yelp, supposedly keeps calling my place of employment. I asked her if it's a sales call and she denies such and then claims there's a problem with the Yelp account we manage, but there is no such problem.

Received a call from a "Lori Kennedy" stating there was a problem with my free business listing....which I haven't done or applied for. Needed to speak to me about some issues with my information that was given. I returned the call to the given number -480-214-8342- but was sent to voice mail....the person saying "Lori" was a man....can you say scam?!
