Caller asked for owner by name. I ask who they are.. they give me their first name. I ask for their company name. They reluctantly give it to us. I say that my boss said she isn't interested, they accuse me of lying. My boss (is literally standing right next to me telling me she does not want to talk to them as shes too busy. Not professional. Asked them not to call again.
The caller asked for me by name and immediately hung up when I asked who was calling.
