Received same call. About being taken into custody. Phone number disconnected

Message stating that I will be taken into custody by the local cops (their words) for 4 serious violations if I do not respond in 24 hours. Was told to call 313-709-3502. Then got a second call stating I need to call to resolve...that number was 440-709-6312.
