I got two calls in a row. Clearly a scam. Tried to call back to tell them to go to hell, number magically disconnected.

Left voicemail, verbatim message was: "I'm with Benefit Advisors regarding insurance and my callback number is 866-761-0568" Didn't specify what kind of insurance, ask for any specific party to speak with, or even made any standard closing statement (e.g. "Thank you" or "Goodbye" or "Hear from you soon!"). I received exact same voicemail a few days ago, originating from a different number (503-400-3750), so this is almost certainly a scam. I had already reported the original instance to the FTC shortly after receiving that voicemail a few days ago, and I will be reporting this one to the FTC as well.
"troy" calls from at least 4 different numbers daily. I block them and he conjures up new numbers the next day. over 500 blocked numbers from "Troy" now.
