At least 5 consumers from Wisconsin, Arkansas, New York, North Carolina reported phone number 503-464-6645 to the Federal Trade Commission. 100% of the complaints reported call or text message to be a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on August 22, 2019.
Left a message stating they were going to charge my bank account $299 if I didn't cancel my prescription! This is a SCAM!
Have received several calls saying I needed to either unsubscribe to Microsoft or be charged.
I got a call saying my subscription for Microsoft was up for renewal and if I didn't call and cancel, they were going to take $299 from my bank account. I called back and was trying to ask questions. The guy wasn't talking much. I told him I didn't subscribe to anything. He just sat there and he couldn't give no information on anything. I said so this must be a scam and I was going to report them. He said something and I said excuse me as he hung up.
"Call immediately, or we will charge $299". Total Scam!
Kept getting calls from this #; left message about subscription. I called and got "Jamie" who said I had subscribed 2 years ago for $199. The subscription was due for renewal and if i didn't cancel they would bill me $299. Was said to be a "Microsoft" subscription. Told him I never subscribed; he said I would be billed on my account. I asked which account and first he said on my card (told him I didn't pay a fee 2 yrs ago to them. Then he said it would be billed to my bank and when I said "which one" he hung up!
Repeated calls from this number saying they are Microsoft and saying I have to be at my computer so they can walk me through cancelling a service.
Help identify who is using this number!
