Robo, spam, scam call to my cell. Sometimes leave a message claiming they are Western Collection Bureau and to call a 800 number for information. Message is a generic recording. Do not answer, do not return call of either this number or their 800 number. If you have a real debt you will get a letter from a legitimate collection agency. I have no debts, so these are just robo calls from a scammer. Use your phone app to add this number to blocked numbers, but be forewarned, these crooks use lots of other numbers.
