RELENTLESS ROBO-CALLER. I have the # blocked on my phone, my # is on the Do Not Call list, yet I receive incessant calls from 503-777-7890, and the usually leave a recorded voicemail. Very annoying.
MCA Financial has been calling me for the past 2 years from various different phone numbers including this one. I have had 4 calls from this number with caller ID: MARTIN, BRET. Three of those times were this month. Once it was a silent call and it disconnected on their end once they heard my voice. Once I answered (5/18/18), and as soon as I heard MCA, I tried to interrupt his rehearsed speech but it was difficult to get him to listen to me. I told him that his company had called several times already and that we're not interested. Then I got another call that same morning just after he had called, but this time I ignored the call as they had just called. It went to voicemail and I heard call center noise and people making calls for several minutes as I just let it run on the answering machine. At one point I heard someone breathing very loud into their microphone. For some reason, instead of hanging up, they decided to leave a very long pointless message. Nobody said anything, it was just background noise and people talking to other people. I let them just keep the line open and waste their time until finally they gave up pestering me and hung up.
