Left a message about my food stamps expiring and press 2 to speak to a representative. They called on a Sunday afternoon
Recording says my Medicaid & SNAP Is going to expire press 1 if u want to keep your benefits when u press 1 it repeats itself.. so I hung up.
It left a message that my Medicaid, Foodstamps and Lifeline benefits were benefits were going to end and to press numbers to keep benefits. Funny thing, it comes in on a Sunday night. Did not return call. State should shut their line down. The last time they stated I was going to lose my Lifeline. Where did they get the number?
