504-758-3410 First asked if we were still accepting credit card payments from our customers. Did not answer that, but asked where she was calling from, she said merchant services and asked if I was responsible for our account. I asked for the account number that she was calling in reference too, and she said she wanted to speak to the person responsible, I said give me the account number and I will find that person for you...no account number was given. I placed her on perma-hold and left her there. She hung up after a minute and has not called back. This is a BS call.

504-758-3410 Asked for the person that handles merchant account. "We're not looking to change, remove me from your list" "I'm not a merchant provider" "Who are you" "I'm looking for x-name. I've already identified my self" "What the hell are you calling for [sorry, not a merchant provider is not identifying yourself]. "We don't have you in our contacts" click.
