Scam call I called my bank after getting off the phone with them. They will have all your info social address etc. If you receive this call you are possible victim of identity theft

Got left voicemail stating civil suit against me. Called and said was debt collector willing to settle outside of court for a account that is more than 10yrs old.

I have received 3 calls from this number stating similar threats of of being served. Never say who they are or who they represent. It's a clear indication of fraudulent activity.

Got another from a lady's voice this time. Basically, the same message as previously reported, and bracketed is a separate recording of my name and then the numbers: "This message is intended for [my name]. I need to verify a current address, as well as a place of business address to move forward with the next procedure. At this time, you are forfeiting your right to take care of this matter outside of your county. We may be contacting your human resources department to follow proper protocol to deliver your paperwork on the property. Again, the client is willing rectify this matter if they hear from you today. Their number is [443 478-4789]. Reference your case number [TFM27824].

They called my direct line at work. Transcript of call follows. I actually work in a law office so I know this is not the way you get served with papers or be arrested (I've had several of those types too). The police or a process server do not operate this way. The bracketed part is a canned recording: This message is intended for [my name]. I’m contacting you from our client’s process division. I received an order for you and it looks like for two pending matters. Now, unfortunately, since I am unable to reach you by phone, I may attempt to reach you at your home and/or your place of employment. You, your attorney or legal representation have the right to contact the client direct to resolve this matter voluntarily. However, if you are located, you may forfeit this right. You can reach the office at [443-478-4789]. When contacting the office, reference file number [TFM27824]. You have been officially notified. Good luck.

Call repeatedly and sometimes leave messages stating that if I do not pay, will have papers served.

Left recorded message on my voice mail stating that they had received a complaint against me and if I did not call them back and make financial restitution over the phone I would be served with papers.

claims someone has made a complaint against me and they are going to serve me with papers if I don't call them and make a financial arraignment with them over the phone.
