This woman - supposedly calling for Albuquerque Schools asking for discounts - was unbelievably rude. She started by saying “They’re so ANNOYing!” I replied, “Excuse me?” “Oh, I didn’t expect you to answer so quickly.” The call went downhill in professionalism from there.
