Caller ID came up as Portfolio Recovery. My phone app block this phone number and they still tried calling me 3 times in a row.

I got several calls from this number and have no clue who or why! They don't call when I'm able to answer! Only very late or very early. I'm not changing my life for any phone call.
Selling car service contracts. When asked what company they represent they said Chevrolet. This person has called several times and I've asked them to take me off their call list but they keep calling always using different numbers.
Says he's from some police union support group. Hangs up if you try to ask to have your number removed.

Stating that they have a several complaints filed against me and the next step is to verify the address in the county I live. They didn't leave a complaint number reference. The voice has left threatening messages from another number from the name Michelle. I researched it as well and it has been reported by other's as a scam as well. These people have to be stopped. I know it's difficult near impossible.
