This department helps businesses nationwide accomplish key performance indicators through the use of internet, telephone and video streamlining technology. After Charter acquired companies like Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks they were merged and became Spectrum. The previous companies used different billing systems and pricing points for services. Their cable lines are being phased out and phased in to Spectrum lines which provide a much faster and robust backbone. Spectrum’s billing system and pricing points are much more lucrative for customers so migration typically saves money and often lowers a customers total monthly bill.
