I get calls from this number and they don't answer!

Keep receiving calls from this number and is automated, say they are a collection agency, but only want me to return their calls even when I answer. Calls shows Burnet, Tx, but am supposed to return a call to Clovis, NM and the map shows the call is from Kansas. I have No delinquent or unpaid bills.
