Get a voicemaill from this number 512-277-3048 coming from Jennifer Fox saying " This information is intended for XXX which is my son ????Claim No 106-654 ?????contacting you for the claim submiting to my office this morning. ??????This is your last chance to resolve this matter, call 1-877-278-9908 within the 35 min????? you have been officially notified. She calls back after 30 min, and was authotitave. I asked her about the matter she said the file is sealed and she can not open it. When I ask about her office name and location she said she has no right to give them to me and I said you not going to speak with my son if I don't know who you are, where you calling from and the reason why. She started to intimidate me and finally hang up.

Keeps calling about an "important legal matter," doesn't know the name of the party actually suing me, is not a registered process server in the county in which I live. I have no pending legal matters at this time, I checked with the courthouse directly.

Call from 512-277-3995. A women with the name of Tiffany Maxwell left a message saying she is trying to reach XXXX and there is a legal matter that they are filing in XXXX county and that XXXX needs to call and speak with someone in the legal department before it leaves their office in which it will be to late and charges will be filed. She then said she will be contacting XXXX place of employment to locate XXXX. The person she was calling was not for myself. I then get another phone call in which I answered, and she says I am listed as a person of contact for XXXX, whom I do not know. If this was a true legal matter, please believe me that your correct contact info can be found and this rigamarole that they leave in the voicemail is a way for you to callback to confirm your identity so they can try to collect money. Do NOT fall for this scam!!

Calls repeatedly. Over and over again - spam caller

Did not accept call but voicemail message was left. Call shows as from Bertram Texas. Caller identifies as Tonya Jacob and she sounds very authoritative. She states that her office has a complaint filed against you. Says this is your last chance to contact the firm handling your case and provides a case number and 1-800 phone number. Concludes the call stating you have been officially notified.
