I received a call from this number. The lady has such a heavy accent I had a hard time understanding her but I did hear something about the Dept of Health. She asked if this is a good time for me to talk to her. I told her not to call again and I immediately blocked the number.
I have received this call 3-4xs with a voice mail about a survey & asking me to return the call. Voice mail left stated they are with TX Dept. Of State Health Services. I knew this was a huge Scam for there is no such thing as the DSHS department as they merged with another state department 3 years ago. I know this because I work for the State of Texas here in DFW. Do not answer any of their questions, block the caller and reported the call immediately!
This company wants to access my computer and have me fill out a live form for a refund. But i never paid them any money. So the need for information so they can refund the money is highly suspicious. They have called several times and are very insistent.
I have received this call several times also with a voice mail about a survey being left & asking me to return the call. I finally answered. He claimed, with a heavy Indian sounding accent, that he "Was with the TX Dept. Of State Health Services, (DSHS) & would I be willing to complete a survey. He asked if I would do a survey or could he call back at a more convenient time. I asked where he was calling from, & again he said "DSHS." I informed him "There is no such thing as the DSHS department as they merged with another state department approximately 2 years ago. I know this because I work for the State of Texas & am at my job right now while on this call." (I do truly work for the State of Texas & worked for DSHS when they merged with HHSC & I still do.) All he could say was "Oh". Do not answer any of their questions. I didn't even give him the opportunity to ask anything.

I receive numerous calls from this # and no one ever says anything , this is a business and do not need this stupidity
