Got a call from 512-494-9400 at 2:37pm on a Saturday. We have not lived in Austin in almost 7 years. Defiantly a scam call or spoofed number.

Retrieved phone message this morning dated at 5:08 AM! I only got the portion that asked that I connect to the billing department before "connection would be lost." I, too, am never late with my payments for any utilities. Thiis call was fake on several counts.
I do not use city of Austin utilities. Bills get paid on time. This is a scam.

Recoding in Spanish stating that an account has been suspended due to non payment. Looked up 512-494-9400 and said it was City of Austin Utilities.
Got all call from 512-404-9400 claiming to be City of Austin, Texas utilities and soliciting "verification" of account information. This is a criminal activity.
