Said it was UFCU, said I didn't pay $48. I did pay my bill. I didn't give them my info but they relayed back to me my address and email address to confirm. groan!

You guys keep adding on this but not doing the research lol ???? number not on website but Called main customer service number and they clearly have that number for one of their other departments. They told me to save number because it does sometime pop up as scam(but so did my friends number who lives right down the rd) please do your research!

They're still at it, January 2021. Couldn't tell me the correct amount of the last payment I sent them.

Had a voicemail claiming they were from university federal credit union. Wanted to call them back but googled the number first. Ended up here. It was a robocall. Beware!

Robo call saying that it was my credit union and to call ASAP. I had an earlier call from a live person a male, claiming I owed $130 on my account. When I asked him to tell me the account number he claimed he couldn't do that over the phone, not even the last four digits. I told him he was a con job and a poor one: a) I knew I didn't owe any balance and b) he was calling after hours. I hung up on him and blocked the number but the robo call from the same phone number got through.

Scam claiming to be UFCU

Automated call from UFCU notifying about an overdue credit card bill. Legitimate.

Said it was from UFCU. Complete scam and wanted my address and other info. Bye

They called me saying they are my bank University Federal Credit Union. So I called my bank on my office phone and put them on speaker and let them ask some questions to the scam caller and they hung up the phone.
