This is a legitimate Dell customer care number. If you have a case number they will call you about your case on this number. I received a call from them about my Dell case number.
Yes, I received five calls right in a row from the number 512-723-0000. I was already on the phone with an important call and did NOT answer the phone. The calls were at 1:44pm, 1:45pm, 1:45pm, 1:46pm, 1:48pm. My phone showed a voice mail had been recorded, but when I listened to it, there was nothing on it. Whoever this is needs to be caught...as do all scammers. Thank you.
Foreign accent called at 10:30 EST. Said he was from Dell. Called him an idiot and hung up!
