Would not share the purpose of the call since it was for my daughter. They call every mornining
Claimed she was with AT&T and our business needed to upgrade our system. When I told her the account holder was unavailable she asked when they would be and what their name was. I told her if she was from AT&T she should already have the information and she then proceeded to get very rude with me.

Woman claims to be with AT&T and she is demanding that an upgrade is needed. She even issues case numbers for a follow-up. Questions about her legitimacy invokes her uncontrolled anxiety.
Federal agents should investigate this caller, they claim to be AT&T and that is very misleading. This is evil! and the woman has an attitude which further endorses her anxiety when she is questioned about her fake identity.
