Called both on my house phone and cell phone. Not sure how he is getting these numbers as I do not give out my cell. He is wanting to buy our house. It is not for sale period. Tired of getting these voice mails and all of the mailings from people.
Same guy, called offering to pay cash for my house in Minnesota. He said "you can choose your move out date"....what the hell? My house is not for sale! Scam!
Same as above. Left message on my voicemail 6.24.2020. How do they get my number? Verizon?
Neil just sold his home in the area and is looking to buy another home in our area for cash. He said I wouldn't need to pick up anything and I could choose the move out date. Recording.
I just noticed I have the exact same voicemail. I am in the same area code. So might be targeting this area using a local #.

My experience was similar to that of Jan, above, who described call on 12/11/2018, except in my case the person left a message on my cell phone. Not sure how he got my number, but he didn't seem to even know my street address--the address of the home he supposedly wanted to "buy for cash."
Caller said he was looking to buy a home in my area and asked if I wanted to sell mine. I said no and hung up. If someone wanted to buy a home, for real, they would check the listings for homes on the realty websites. This call is surely a scam.
