Continues calling and when asked to stop called 15 more times in 20 minutes and laughed at me and told me i couldn't stop him and when told i would complain he said good luck we have 100 numbers.
Comes up as a Loan Offer.
Called me in California this morning. Know no one in New York. Possible scam?
