Called my place of business and said his name was "Lou with Pioneer Products" and asked for the owner by his birth-name (he goes by his middle name because his dad has the same 1st name and has retired years ago) obvious unsolicited sales call.
Called on 08/09/19 and said she was returning the owner's call, which was not true. I tried to get information from her, but she refused. Said they were with Pioneer, a manufacturing company. After the call, I looked up the number and saw all the complaints.
The caller kept saying she was following up on an inquiry from the manager reg maintenance products. I let them know I am the manager and I did not make a maintenance inquiry. I asked if they will please stop calling as I was able to tell that it was a telemarketing / soliciting call. She let me know she would call back then and repeated that over and over again after I had already told her I felt harassed and asked not to call again. She just kept repeating herself and ignoring my request.
