Yes received 3 times at 5 am on Saturday 10/10/20. Phone reads it as "Copper" and when you call the number back it says: "If this is an emergency call 911. The officer trying to reach you is unavailable."
Unwanted calls. Have blocked but they still keep calling. Sometimes multiple times per day! Quite annoying!
