Legislation should be passed that mandates all phone service companies to provide a $1.00 credit to telephone bills for each robo call placed by a scammer. If a scammer calls we should have the option to press (#) to receive a $1.00 credit. In 2018 3,000,000,000 robo calls were placed. That should be $3,000,000,000 returned to the people.
