Calls late at night looking for an individual that is not you. Kept him on the line talking as this number had been on my phone as missed calls several times. Then tells you that they owe a college money and tells you the name of the college. Then when you question him as to who he is representing he will not tell you. Then when you keep after him with the questions he gets confused. Definitely trying to scam money.

Sounded like a collections company asking to track people down. I didn't know the person they are looking for. When I asked if they observe the Federal Do Not Call list there was pause.
