Scam/ Fraud call that used to announce fraudulent grants if you gave your personal information. Now, calls are styled as a notice of criminal activity and threats of legal action if you do not call back. A transcript of the Voice Mail is below: Hi this is Ginger Marcus calling you from the Department of social security administration the reason you have received this phone call from our department is to inform you that there is a legal enforcement action filed on your Social Security number for criminal activities so when you get the message Kindly call back at the earliest possible on our number which is 518-704-3335 repeat it's 518-704-3335 before we begin with the legal proceedings thank you and have a nice day…”
