Maybe a real company but clearly using a robo-dialer. No "fat fingering" errors given the number of alleged wrong numbers they have dialed.
This is a real company, so if they called you by accident, they either fat fingered your number or they just have it wrong in their system. I have my ac installed by them a year ago and they are legit.
Person said that they were calling for the Tucson temperature control company to do a yearly check on my heating but I told them I don't have a heater to check. Definite scam as person hesitated when asked specific questions about why they called
real estate solicitation. I called him and he believes his calls comply because they leave a voicemail recording on the phone rather than it ringing. But my phone rang AND when I ignored it, his recording left a message. Nonetheless he promised to take my number off his list. He says he bought a list of phone numbers in particular zip codes.
