Caller asked for the owner by name, said he was Mick Mancini with IDS. When I asked to get a message he said "that's alright" and hung up. I called the number back and it just rang and rang.
Asked for the owner by name, I asked if Icould let her know who was calling and he said Michael Mancini. I went and asked the owner if she knew a Michael Mancini she said she did not to just get a message. When I asked to get a message he asked if there were any other owners for this business I said I did not know I was new here and he immediately hung up. Whoever these people are they are rude and arrogant.

This is a scam. Claiming they are helping small business to apply for SBA Disaster Loans.
asked for the owner, once I said owner is not in, im the assistant what can I help you with, they hung up on me. do not give information out.
Said she was calling from Brunt Ingram's Office (not a real company), asked for the owner by name (not hard to find online) I said she was not in today and asked if I could get a message for her. She replied no but if you could give me her cell phone number i'll just call her on it, its really important. I replied sorry but I do not have her number and she promptly hung up. Professionals do not give out false company names and hang up on people when they don't get what they want. Be very wary of these people not sure what there after but I am sure it is nothing good.
I said my boss stepped outside. Could I help? The woman said "Oh, did she really?!' then promptly hung up. Nice sales pitch.
