"Rachel" and her credit card scam have been calling for years. I have demanded that they stop for years. They have continued calling for years. Continuing to call repeatedly after being told repeatedly to stop is intentional harassment, since it's clear that they won't be doing any business with the number being called. They've got too much money, too much time, and too much evil intent on their hands.
Called 3 times so far even though we are on do not call list. No message left.
