Called for the last 15 years looking for someone I have never heard of I have told the multiple times to remove all of our numbers and they never have called the police and our attorney we are now going after them

Got a call from 530-451-5826 stating they are serving me???? I’m in good standing this is a scam then robot voice came on and gave me another # 502-233-6282 so I can rectify never says bill or what it’s about
Intimidating character identified himself as Tony Robinson... called on a home phone that has been taken off voicemail and now used for fax only. He said he was a recorded line. Would not speak with wife. Stated that he could not help us unless we gave him phone number he called us on, birthdate and etc. When husband got on phone... caller stated that he couldn't be the husband's name cuz this person is only 3 years old. Made no sense.

I also got a robo call stating the same thing about 'The property' with a case number to reference when I call back. The phone number they left to call back is 443-478-4789/ I am sure this is a scam and will not be calling back.
I got a call from this no 530-451-5836. Then to listen to the voice mail I have to call this no 469-982-5000, 636-277-9020. A female voice left me a really nasty voice mail that there client is willing t rectify on this matter. ( for what?)
