Social Security Number has been linked to fraudulent activity, please press 1 to speak to SSN officer. So, I went to the Social Security website and reported this number to them. Social Security Admin does not make these kinds of calls. Only scam artists do.
Since it was unknown, didn't answer. No message but the 999 is fishy.

they keep trying to say that your SS# is fraudulent or that there is fraudulent activity associated with your number and they are going to deactivate or freeze your number... When you call back and ask for their name and title they hang up on you.

The number belongs to Quicken Loans. I have asked them to stop calling me and yet the calls continue. They have called four times in the last thirty minutes. If I were interested in refinancing my home they would be off my list of people to do business with. I have told them that I am not interested in refinancing and to please stop calling me. The calls have gone beyond just annoying. I would so appreciate it if they would just leave me alone. I would never recommend them, they are way too aggressive.
