When I answered there was a short silence then a recording that a PC support contract was no longer going to be honored and hit "1" to be connected to get a refund. I had no such PC support contract, but after the 2nd call I decided to respond by hitting "1" and there was a brief pause and then the dial tone came - the call had ended with no one on the other end.
