No message left. I have no debts but I receive many calls from "supposed" debt collectors.
Portfolio Recovery Services in Toledo, OR. DEBT COLLECTOR....no message left. I called the number to find out if it was spam or a legitimate caller. I have some accounts that went to collections. They never leave a message. I usually have my phone set to DND so I did not hear it ring. Too many spam or collection calls. I think they are not allowed to leave a message and that's why.

I got a call from the Toledo Oregon number & a long time ago I lived in Newport Oregon. I have an Ex in Toledo Oregon but we've been Divorced 12yrs. I don't think I have any debts with them. I've been monitoring my credit. I do think if I win a dispute under one of the company names & then they immediately sell the collection, to a different name under their same larger corporation. Then call & try all over to get the debt restarted under a new name within the same corporation. When it's illegal to sell a debt that's been found in your favor & dismissed by credit reporting agencies. So be aware they are sneaky.
