received call, no message. called back, no answer? believe it is not legitimate.
This number showed up on my home phone call log and the ID read State of Oregon. I tried calling number back 3 times letting it ring for up to one and a half minutes with no one picking up and no answering device taking call. Believe it was probably another scammer.
