I got a call from this number and it was an indian lady on the line that they were calling from Kohls using this same number. The call came from my landlord which forwarded the screen caller ID to my email. That quickly sends my iphone a notification of incoming call. To see should I pick it up or not and let it route to the voice mail. But this time I picked up.

This # calls at least 3 times a day, my Caller ID says SPAM so I don't pick up, no message left. Very annoying
