Dear, Sir / Madam, My grievance is, an unknown person from this number ( +1 (551) 800-4260) texted me yesterday by WhatsApp, was playing on me fraudulently. And the stranger trying to probe me for some confidential information, as i found the stranger, is texting me with mens rea and malicious intention. Hence, my humble request to your legal authority to look into this matter seriously, and make an prominent adjudication against the malefactor/culprit, as the miscreant is ought to be imprisoned to prevent from further offences of any kind. My phone said it was a NJ call meanwhile she said she was in DC. I know where the ARC is located so I knew this was a scam. Of course, I didn’t give her any info.
