The male's voice was a live, human voice and not a robocall. The call's origin indicator also claimed to be from Fresno, CA. After to asking for Brandon (totally incorrect name that could have been confused with J. Biden) he said that he represents the Fraternal order of Police. Asked for my personal help. I could not help him whether he is or is not from that source. End of call.
