The Law Office of Jack Bariton Student Loan Oversight Division" (?) "law firm" has called me many times illegally about my "student loans" (I've never had student loans in my life). The voicemail messages fail to properly identify the law firm. They have called me multiple times consecutively on multiple days. I have spoken with them, told them I did not appreciate them calling my private personal cellphone number that's on the national DNC registry about non-existent student loans and failing to properly identify themselves. "Jack" himself assured me I must have wound up on some "list", and that I would not be called ever again. I got called repeatedly again by this same number the following week. Can't figure out how to get it to stop. Clearly criminal in nature. Number also has history of criminal use going back years -- look into it. He knows I have no loans, he personally knows I consider his calls to my private cellphone and his voicemails to my private voicemail criminal in nature, and he has called me several times since then, knowing this, and knowing that I consider his calls harassing. If you receive calls from him, similar to this, or from this telephone number, MAKE RECORDINGS of the voicemails and any conversations and REPORT THEM to the FTC (there's an easy form!) and anywhere else you can -- Your State Attorney General, Florida Attorney General, local authorities, etc.
