Robotic caller about a claim filed and on hold since March due to COVID-19, either push 1 to speak with someone or a number was given to call back. I didn't write down the number and didn't push 1. the call disconnected when I failed to respond.

Debt collector contacted my husband by a different number. Had all his info and my email address already some how. I advised this man we was already paying on this debt through someone else so I had him send me the account number and info he had to my email since he somehow already had it. It's the same account number I'm currently taking care of but a different balance and the phone number starting with 561 area code at the bottom for me to reach them at. The name that is on the paper from their company is also different from who I spoke with . I spoke with a Marshall supposedly but the paper says David Johansen. I Google it and all the numbers and everything pops up as a scam.
