They were posing as a gas/electric company saying they wanted to have someone come look at our house to suggest improvements. The lady had a southern American accent and had horrible English.
Got a call from 562-399-5172. Spanish speaking and pushy. When asked if I spoke Spanish and answer just a little, hung up on me.
