Fraudster trying to scam me out of my house and then trying to get me to sell my house for a low-ball amount of money

The call from 570-354-0436 was from Realtor.com. I wasn't aware of that at the time so I did not answer. It may have only been to verify my phone # since I had submitted a question to a realtor about a house a few minutes before that. I selected "Unknown" because none of the other choices fit.
