I don't know who they are. If not in my contacts, I NEVER answer. If NO msg. is left, it is SPAM. I get at least 35 calls per day like this. EACH one is reported, yet NOTHING is being done to STOP this. PLEASE fine these jerks, or better yet, BAN the jerks from having a phone.
