I did not answer because I was on another call, but I do not know anyone at this number. And it was coming in to my cell phone, so had to be a solicitation, which I think is illegal.
Asked for wrong first name. Mentioned calling for some debt collection reason. Hung up when pressed for info.

Same sort of thing, though didn’t explain anything. Asked for me by name. Then asked for my daughters date of birth. Not knowing WTF I asked first what this was about and the guy hangs up after saying something like “thanks we will proceed”. I call back and answering system says something like Phoenix we are a debt collection agency reads back my called I’d and hangs up.
