571-349-1261 calls all the time, but since there is a NOT IN SERVICE label that appears with the number, I never answer the phone. I live in California. They never leave a voice mail message and in my estimation are an outright nuisance. I pay to use my phone, have my number registered on a DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and yet have been plagued of late by such calls. How can we consumers end this infernal practice?
